Emotion Tracker for Livechat

  1. 1. Go to the LiveChat Marketplace.
  2. 2. Find the Emotion Tracker application and click on the "Start free trial" button.
  3. 3. After you install the app, you will see a new icon under the Customer details section. You can access that from the Chats, Customers, and Archives sections.
The Emotion Tracker app will then analyze the chat messages in real time, and help you keep track of the customer's mood and emotions during the chat.
